What you'll do

• Manage Identification Deficiency Reports and Condition Found Reports through negotiation and closeout
• identify contractual risks, scope gaps, and entitlement issues
• support dispute mitigation
• review ship-repair specifications, work items, drawings, and manuals
• prepare estimates and price proposals
• validate labor, materials, and subcontract costs
• support customer and prime-contractor negotiations
• review purchase and delivery orders
• maintain contract files and tracking logs
• report contract status, cost, and progress
• support billing and revenue-recognition analysis
• attend coordination meetings and occasional ship checks or walkthroughs.
