What you'll do

• Collaborate with the CEO to execute company vision
• support customer experience on concrete projects
• train and maintain personnel
• identify successful project and customer types
• work with operations, accounting, marketing/business development, and sales to implement Bartley systems
• track KPIs and report weekly
• identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances.
