What you'll do

• Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including Computed Tomography procedures, and is responsible for safety protocols.
• Functions as the first line interface with patients.
• Participates in CQI activities.
• Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards.
• Determines the most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shields patients accordingly.
• Practices medical and surgical aseptic procedures.
• Works under the direction of the Radiologist.
• Takes x-ray, CT call according to monthly schedule.
• Competent in the use of CR and PACS.
