What you'll do

• Facilitate planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using asynchronous and synchronous approaches suited to distributed time zones
• identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery blockers with TPMs and SDMs
• adapt Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows
• support collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
