What you'll do

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• build and support integrations with HR, directory, service management, security, database, and enterprise systems
• lead platform upgrades, patches, and migrations
• resolve complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• improve monitoring and automated testing
• guide distributed developers, review designs and code, and mentor the team
• ensure solutions follow enterprise identity, cybersecurity, data-protection, coding, and architecture standards
• communicate risks and identify automation opportunities.
