Maintenance Technician, Care Community

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Eaton, OH. Pay is $17–$21 per hour. The technician supports Greenbriar Care Community’s facilities and equipment to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents. The role performs routine and directed repairs, inspections, and recordkeeping so the community’s facilities and equipment remain functional and safety protocols are followed.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• maintain work areas and store tools properly
• conduct inspections and report defects
• perform unscheduled maintenance as directed
• assist other departments with repairs
• attend training and meetings
• record work performed and materials used
• comply with safety protocols.
