Account Manager / Collections Team Member

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and assist with lease payment collections
• communicate with customers and conduct collection visits
• deliver, set up, relocate, service, and retrieve rental merchandise
• resolve customer concerns
• maintain account, inventory, and payment records
• perform basic troubleshooting and minor product maintenance
• operate and maintain a company vehicle
• support store operations and inventory management.
