What you'll do

• Coordinate and mentor clinical and administrative staff
• oversee daily clinic operations and compliance
• manage timecards, time-off requests, recruitment, onboarding and training
• track operational performance
• lead patient relations and service recovery
• provide RN-level patient care, rooming, vital signs and charting
• assist with surgery and imaging equipment
• initiate IVs and monitor PACU recovery
• prepare medical imaging and provide coverage when staffing shortages arise.
