The Field Service Scale Technician role is onsite in West Chester, OH, serving the Cincinnati area. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The technician installs, services, and troubleshoots industrial scales to help customers maintain accurate and compliant weighing systems. Training through an apprenticeship program supports development in scale-industry fundamentals, calibration, documentation, and field service procedures.

What you'll do

• Participate in the scale-industry apprenticeship program
• learn and apply industry standards
• install, service, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of industrial scales
• document calibration and service reports
• operate tools and equipment safely
• use software and mobile tools to log reports and updates
• maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• follow schedules and instructions
• work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Why this role
