What you'll do

• Support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with daily operations
• direct employees and monitor performance
• follow the training program and train new skills
• conduct or ensure required operations walks and checks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• assign duties
• ensure food preparation follows instructions, safety, and sanitation requirements
• delegate cleaning
• resolve guest concerns
• provide direction and feedback
• train, schedule, and manage employees
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and checklists
• support opening and closing activities
• follow food, cash, and cost controls.
