Facilities Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Coordinate vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds, waste and recycling, building maintenance, vehicle and machinery maintenance, and security
• perform light repairs and office setup
• troubleshoot computers and workstations
• track work orders using the CMMS
• support sustainability and 5-S activities
• check energetic material in and out for the R&D and Testing team
• assist with the annual facilities budget.
