Training Supervisor, Mission Readiness

Job overview

The Training Supervisor, Mission Readiness role is onsite in San Francisco, CA; compensation is $35–$40 per hour. The role supports mission readiness training programs for the client’s AV manufacturing operation. The role exists to coordinate and improve training delivery, helping teams scale while maintaining consistent procedures and instructor performance. It contributes by organizing training plans and sessions, developing materials, tracking risks and progress, and completing at least eight hours per quarter on service missions to keep operational knowledge current.

What you'll do

• Partner with Mission Readiness Leads, Project Managers, and Instructors to improve training efficiency and throughput
• assist with training schedules, classroom and hands-on sessions, progress tracking, and tasks
• align onsite instructors on procedures, conduct instructor training, and audit performance with trainees
• identify risks and mitigations and report program status
• assist in developing training materials
• complete the stated minimum of eight hours per quarter acting as Mission Readiness on service missions
• standardize documentation for the assigned shift across sites
• travel to different locations for training support up to 25% of the time.
