Property Coordinator

What you'll do

• Maintain asset, inspection, maintenance, lease, tenant, and vendor records
• manage property maintenance systems
• communicate with tenants about requests, notices, and concerns
• coordinate tenant moves and property turnover
• schedule vendor services and conduct site inspections
• maintain property licenses
• respond to service requests and maintenance issues
• participate in 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
