Fitness Coach

Job overview

The Fitness Coach role is onsite in Henrico, VA. Compensation is $45–$65 per hour. The coach supports Orangetheory members through instructor-led, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts. The role leads members through structured workouts, motivates them toward their goals, and helps ensure safe and effective exercise. Coaches also demonstrate equipment use and apply knowledge of heart-rate-focused training to support the member experience.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts
• help members set and achieve goals
• monitor exercise form and offer corrections
• understand the science behind workouts and heart-rate-focused training
• demonstrate workout equipment
• contribute as a team member. Current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company and AED/CPR certification are required.
