What you'll do

• Conduct functional and skills-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee person-centered behavior support plans.
• Provide compassionate, respectful coaching to direct support professionals and families.
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and review crisis intervention plans.
• Model and reinforce a compassionate care culture.
• Maintain high-quality documentation.
• Serve as the clinical lead for each assigned case.
