Youth Recovery Case Manager

The Youth Recovery Case Manager role is onsite in Grass Valley, CA. Compensation is $55,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Recover’s outpatient and intensive outpatient program supports youth facing substance use and mental health challenges, with a harm-reduction focus on underserved communities. The role helps youth patients address challenges and support recovery through counseling and case management. It works with schools, the County, and Recover’s team to support youth at risk of or actively dealing with drug and alcohol use.

• Work directly with youth patients to support their recovery
