What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day SEMO RISE implementation and monitor work plans, milestones, and performance targets
• coordinate activities across counties and partner organizations
• build relationships with employers, educators, training providers, and community partners
• support workforce pathways and employer engagement
• maintain grant documentation and prepare required reports
• track outcomes and use performance data to recommend improvements.
