What you'll do

• Train and supervise Production Assistants, drivers, beneficiaries, and the dispatcher
• ensure efficient store deliveries and donation security
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules for ARC vehicles
• coordinate and report repairs
• review SmartDrive reports and provide coaching or discipline as needed
• document accidents and notify the insurer and Human Resources
• ensure safety measures and review standards are followed.
