Customer Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Review purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
• obtain missing information from customers and internal departments
• enter customer and order information into applicable systems
• process orders
• review RFQs and prepare quotes
• communicate shipment delays and order issues
• respond to inquiries about order status, freight rates, pricing, product information, and discrepancies
• verify raw-material schedules with Purchasing
• coordinate shipments based on material availability, production status, project schedules, and delivery requirements
• relay changes and clarification requests to Engineering and Production.
