What you'll do

• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and documents for telecommunications, fiber, gas, and data center projects
• obtain vendor and subcontractor bids and negotiate prices
• analyze documentation to estimate time, cost, and labor
• research labor and material costs and production times
• understand customer requirements
• prepare estimates, reports, quotes, and forecasts
• consult with clients, vendors, and internal personnel
• conduct risk analysis
• maintain customer and vendor relationships.
