What you'll do

• Manage commercial access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarm, and structured cabling projects from sales handoff through closeout
• review scopes, drawings, specifications, equipment lists, labor estimates, and customer requirements
• manage schedules, staffing, materials, milestones, and completion targets
• coordinate customers, contractors, technicians, vendors, and internal teams
• monitor labor, materials, costs, and performance
• document and obtain approval for change orders
• conduct site visits
• manage project documentation, punch lists, customer training, system documentation, and closeout.
