• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth across assigned practices

• partner on regional budgets
• oversee practice-level financial performance
• build provider relationships
• monitor collections and accounts receivable
• recruit, hire, and develop Office Managers
• build leadership pipelines
• promote data-driven decisions and technology adoption
• and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, CDC guidelines, and applicable Michigan dental regulations.
