The Advanced Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Vail, CO, supporting Manor Vail Lodge and Golden Peak. Pay is $31–$37 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The technician maintains and repairs building systems and equipment to support reliable operations and the comfort of guests, owners, and team members. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, work-order documentation, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• respond to emergency maintenance calls
• troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
• diagnose and repair boilers, chillers, pumps, fan coil units, make-up air units, water heaters, and related systems
• support equipment at Golden Peak
• complete and document work orders
• identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions
• coordinate with contractors and vendors
• respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
