Production Support Lead

What you'll do

• Complete small-part assembly tasks assigned by the supervisor
• provide ongoing skill training to production workers with developmental disabilities
• provide supervisor support when Small Group Supervisors are unavailable to support client needs
• keep the work area flowing efficiently
• respond professionally to client and business needs
• maintain positive working relationships.

Why this role

Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays. Requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, a valid driver’s license, and completion of required training. Production experience is preferred.
