Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Supervise coworkers and delegate tasks
• follow the training program and train team members
• conduct operations walks and quality checks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation requirements
• address guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness
• provide feedback and communicate performance issues
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and checklists
• supervise opening or closing activities as directed.
