What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• service fixtures and appliances
• inspect and repair locks and hardware
• paint, caulk, and complete light drywall repairs
• assist with grounds upkeep and common-area cleaning
• and coordinate with the maintenance team on unit turns.
