What you'll do
- Develop Physical Verification tools, flows, and methodologies for next-generation DRAM, HBM, and Emerging memory designs.
- Collaborate closely with design, layout, verification, modeling, and process teams.
- Build verification rule decks and guide design teams on DRC/DFM/LVS/PERC methodologies.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- Experience
- 10+ years of direct CAD or Physical Verification rule deck development experience
