The Registered Nurse (RN) — Assisted Living and Memory Care role is onsite in Sheldon, IA, with an annual salary range of $75,000–$90,000. The role supports Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The nurse provides skilled care, assesses prospective and current residents, and develops and updates care plans. The role also oversees resident services and supports care staff through supervision and training, contributing to residents’ health, safety, and quality of life.

• Provide skilled nursing care
