What you'll do

• Receive, log, sort, and store parcels using a digital tracking system
• verify recipient information
• prepare packages for pickup or delivery
• maintain an orderly package room and follow safety and security protocols
• communicate with residents, couriers, and building staff to resolve delivery issues
