What you'll do

• Develop integration strategies for cardiovascular practices
• identify new locations with brokers and practice leadership
• manage buildouts for offices, satellite clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers
• lead integration projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations
• develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and stakeholders
• analyze workflows and implement improvements
• develop staff training
• monitor performance metrics and report to leadership
• ensure regulatory and industry-standard compliance.
