Claims Investigator – Southeast Virginia

The Claims Investigator role is onsite in Ruther Glen, VA, with field investigation work. Pay is $19–$28 per hour. Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services provides claim investigation services for the insurance industry.

What you'll do

• Investigate insurance claims involving workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability. Gather information through data collection, interviews, research, and scene investigations
• follow the handling adjuster’s guidance
• prepare clear reports, memos, and letters
• and use database indices as needed to verify information.
