What you'll do

• Start and operate the saw using its control panel
• adjust sizes, blade and brush position, speed, and feed
• set clamps and guides
• use calipers, micrometers, and an overhead crane
• verify steel size and measure length and squareness
• document the Process Control Plan and production, quality, and time records
• inspect equipment daily and perform preventive maintenance
• follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
