What you'll do

• Install metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling systems according to plans and specifications
• read blueprints and project documents
• measure, cut, and install materials
• maintain production pace and quality
• follow jobsite safety standards
• coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades
• identify and communicate issues
• maintain tools and a clean work area
• lead and develop field crews
• plan daily and weekly work
• track labor productivity and adjust crews as needed
• resolve jobsite challenges
• train and mentor journeyman and apprentice-level team members.
