The role helps maintain compliance with FDA requirements by managing regulatory records, reviewing labeling and packaging, tracking regulatory developments, and coordinating documentation and training. It also supports product registration and the maintenance of trademarks, registrations, and patents.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 111
• manage accreditations, certifications, licenses, and permits
• review labeling and packaging components for regulatory compliance
• monitor FDA regulations and industry practices
• prepare customer quality questionnaires
• coordinate procedure and documentation updates
• maintain label storage and inventory and control label issuance and return
• coordinate GMP training and maintain training records
• prepare international product registration submissions
• oversee trademark, registration, and patent status.
