What you'll do

• Review workflows and work instructions
• assess client contract compliance
• audit Artiva and FACS processes
• identify and report process errors
• initiate non-conformities and review corrective actions
• investigate account-related issues to determine whether errors are isolated or widespread
• review reports from client and internal systems for deficiencies
• support other compliance department work.
