The role prepares and serves coffee, beverages, and cold food items while handling transactions and helping maintain a clean, safe dining area. Consistent preparation, accurate cashiering, and courteous guest service support the resort’s dining experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, and menu items according to standard recipes
• handle cash and change, operate the point-of-sale system, and balance cash drawers
• assist with opening and closing procedures
• clean tables, floors, and counters
• maintain stock and menu knowledge
• follow food-handling and safety procedures
• coordinate with coworkers
• work with snow-removal teams on snowy mornings
• maintain a valid California Food Handler Card.
