Project Controller

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain project cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance controls
• analyze budgets, actual and committed costs, variances, and forecasts
• maintain estimate-at-completion and estimate-to-complete models
• measure progress and earned-value metrics
• prepare monthly performance reports
• coordinate financial reporting and closeout
• maintain change logs and assess cost and schedule impacts
• support change pricing and contract compliance
• identify and quantify risks and opportunities
• coordinate controls across project functions
• promote and comply with health and safety requirements.
