What you'll do

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, appliances, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and exterior structures
• prioritize and complete service requests
• assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance
• respond promptly to on-call requests
• maintain property grounds and curb appeal
• organize tools and supplies
• track inventory
• complete maintenance logs and checklists
• report issues to a supervisor.
