What you'll do

• Oversee project closeout and production activities
• submit completion notifications and track inspections through acceptance
• manage construction corrections
• collect as-built documentation and update GIS and systems of record
• track closeout work in JIRA and report performance
• coordinate final invoicing and change orders
• resolve and escalate issues
• manage records
• supervise, train, and support employees
• update processes and training materials
• and manage workflow and deadlines.
