What you'll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles from intake to signed offer
• partner with hiring managers on role scope, interview plans, and scorecards
• source and screen candidates
• schedule interviews and keep candidates informed
• collect feedback and drive timely decisions
• manage offers, references, and onboarding handoffs
• maintain Ashby ATS and provide weekly pipeline updates
• prepare written status of open searches before the engagement ends.
