The Caregiver / In-Home Care Aide role is onsite in Newport, WA, serving clients in Greater Spokane and Eastern Washington. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and tenure, with differentials for weekends, holidays, and couples’ care. Senior Helpers of Spokane provides in-home support to help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The caregiver provides one-on-one personal care and companionship, assists with daily activities, and reports changes in clients’ condition or behavior. The role supports clients’ independence and helps families through dependable, individualized care.

What you'll do

• Build relationships through conversation and shared activities
• prepare meals
• assist with walking, dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication reminders
• report completed activities and changes in clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior
• maintain required transportation and insurance.
