Public Relations Manager II, CISA Stakeholder Engagement

Job overview

The Public Relations Manager II role is onsite in Arlington, VA, with approved telework only as authorized by the Government. The annual pay range is $90,000–$115,000. The role supports CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division and its sector-risk-management operations. This position leads strategic communications, executive messaging, and stakeholder outreach, producing accurate, accessible communications and coordinating reviews across federal and industry stakeholders to support CISA engagements and urgent operational events.

What you'll do

• Develop executive and external-facing communications
• translate sector risk, cybersecurity, resilience, and policy information into audience-specific messages
• coordinate communications for engagements, working groups, and emergent events
• reconcile stakeholder input
• manage mailboxes, inquiries, routing, and tracking
• review products for accuracy, accessibility, and DHS/CISA style
• support rapid-response communications and after-action products
• use engagement data and feedback to refine outreach.
