Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care level patients. Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions. Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
