Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite at the Tucson, AZ center. Compensation is $105,000–$120,000 per year. Applied ABC describes its approach as holistic and individualized, focused on clinical outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder. The clinic BCBA manages a caseload, develops individualized treatment and behavior support plans, supervises ABA therapists, and monitors client progress and data. What you'll do

  • Maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month
  • supervise ABA therapists and provide evidence-based supervision
  • administer skills, preference, and reinforcer assessments
  • develop treatment and behavior support plans
  • provide family training
  • establish data collection systems and monitor data accuracy
  • attend team meetings as requested
  • report on behavior levels and lead behavior-crisis responses using behavior analytic principles.
