Field Service Representative

What you'll do

• Provide onsite and phone support for company products
• complete expense reports, timesheets, and service and customer experience reports
• collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Production on field issues and customer feedback
• train customers on equipment
• maintain safe work conditions and identify hazards
• plan travel expenses and scope of work
• travel domestically and internationally for scheduled maintenance, installations, and urgent support
• support the Mississippi plant when not traveling
• work with electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems and use tools and measuring equipment as described.
