The Behavior Technician — Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with pay of $19–$24 per hour. Cultivate provides services intended to help children on the autism spectrum work toward their goals. The technician delivers one-on-one ABA therapy, gathers behavior and skill-acquisition data, and applies teaching procedures in coordination with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The work contributes to individualized treatment goals and supports children’s learning and development.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data
• conduct Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching in line with the Behavior Support Plan
• collaborate with a BCBA to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
