What you'll do

• Assess and triage incoming calls using clinical protocols
• escalate urgent situations to an RN or provider
• gather patient information and prioritize concerns
• schedule urgent appointments and telehealth consultations as appropriate
• document interactions in the EMR
• process medication refill requests and communicate test results per instructions
• manage patient portal messages and triage queues
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
