Fitness Trainer

The Fitness Trainer role is onsite in Winterville, North Carolina; compensation is $13 per hour. The position supports members at a Planet Fitness club operated by Excel Fitness, a growing franchise group. The trainer creates a positive member experience by providing fitness guidance, leading the PE@PF program, and helping members use equipment safely. The role also supports front-desk activities and responds to member questions and concerns.

What you'll do

• Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following its schedule
• consult with members about fitness goals and instruct them in safe equipment use
• create bi-weekly exercise updates
• meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic
• assist with answering phones, member check-in, new-member sign-up, tours, and member questions or concerns, escalating issues to a manager as needed.
