What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, financial reports, and recordkeeping
• oversee food safety practices and training
• assist with action plans and special projects.
