What you'll do

• Lead and develop QA and QC teams
• manage the Quality Management System
• develop and improve quality processes, procedures, and work instructions
• monitor production quality and identify improvements
• analyze quality data and report to plant leadership
• investigate complaints and nonconformances and lead corrective actions
• coordinate audits
• ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• develop training and mentor team members
• partner with production, engineering, and operations on quality and efficiency improvements.
